1. Couriers
We use a number of couriers which include Hermes, UPS and DPD.
2. Tracking
The couriers we use all provide shipping for us and you (the customer) to ensure delivery is made without error.
Shipping information is automatically provided to your order.
3. Same day shipping
We offer same day shipping for any orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday.
4. Shipping times
We do not ship on bank holidays, weekends or national holidays
We aim to ship your order the same working day if ordered before 1pm as specified in 3. if your order is placed after 1pm it will be shipped the following day.
As we use a number of couriers we cannot guarantee a delivery time, we estimate around 3-6 days.
5. Next Day Delivery
We offer next day delivery at a higher rate, for this your order must be placed before 12pm.
Next Day delivery is £6.99 plus £3.49 for any additional items.
6. Shipping cost
We provide free shipping to all UK mainland addresses.
Shipping for the following locations are charged at £4.99 for standard delivery and £9.99 for express delivery.

7. International shipping
We currently only ship to the UK on our webstore.
If you’re looking for international shipping you can use our eBay store which uses the Global Shipping Programme.
